Why Us?

Trail Lake Nursing and Rehabilitation opened in the Spring of 2007. We are Privately Owned and Family Operated.

We specialize in our rehabilitation program. Patients receive 1 on 1 therapy, 5 days a week, for 2 1/2 hours per day. Our Rehab patients will be in Private Rooms.

Our specialties include: Stroke Recovery Program, Orthopedics, Cardiac Care, Wound Care Management, Post-Surgical Complications, and Diabetes. All nurses are IV Certified / IV Therapy

Our goal for our Short Term/Rehab patients is to return to their prior living. We have a very high success rate of getting people home. However, we have semi-private rooms available for those patients that need Long Term Care.
We have a physician in the building several times throughout the week

Our Medical Director is a Physiatrist and we have a Pain Management and Wound Care Physician who round weekly.
