Take a look around Trail Lake Nursing & Rehabilitation in southwest Fort Worth. Our single-story building is arranged around a landscaped courtyard with walking paths and shaded seating, where residents enjoy fresh air, visits with family and outdoor activities. Inside, you will find our therapy gym, dining room, salon and comfortable private and semi-private rooms.
